Ops Sup Sr Manager - C13

Manage professional teams and departments through delegation of tasks and responsibilities. Conduct performance evaluations, hiring, and disciplinary actions of team members. Monitor the team’s quality and efficiency of end results and manage training and development needs. Create and develop budget and policy formation.

6-10 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry, preferably with Commercial Banking experience. Extensive knowledge of Client Onboarding processes and working knowledge of AML requirements. Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
