Deep dive into code, architecture, and data when necessary, connecting needs from different teams into scalable and reusable platform capabilities. Incorporate AI agents, programming agents, language models, and automation into daily work, sharing learnings and promoting adoption within the area.

Strong programming and software development fundamentals. Experience with AI agents, assisted programming tools, language models, and automation. Ability to evaluate technological alternatives and define technical practices. Passion for learning quickly based on challenges and stepping out of comfort zones.
