Lead the annual planning process for the heavy and bulky items category, defining commercial goals with various countries and shipping teams. Design and manage performance tracking tools on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to ensure alignment with business objectives. Present results and key metrics to senior management and manage the progress of key initiatives throughout the year.
Requirements
Experience in project management involving cross-functional team alignment. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Administration, or related fields. Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL. Knowledge of Portuguese is desirable.
