What You'll Do
Coordinate daily operations of dark stores, optimizing picking processes and managing shifts with Store Managers. Support daily operational tracking and ensure efficiency in order preparation. Collaborate on shift coordination and personnel allocation based on demand levels.
What We're Looking For
Experience in performance, operations, or project management with a focus on operational KPIs and analysis. Knowledge in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or similar fields. Advanced proficiency in Office tools, especially Excel/Google Sheets, and familiarity with analysis tools like Looker/Tableau.
What We Offer
