Analista Pleno de Políticas de Crédito / Crédit Business Analyst

Understand and model the valuation of the Credit Card product, monitoring and evolving the NPV model. Utilize financial and analytical credit models to propose and implement tests that optimize profitability, risk, and return. Develop and calibrate credit granting strategies and pricing, focusing on maximizing value throughout the customer lifecycle. Extract, manipulate, and analyze large volumes of data using SQL for decision-making.

Experience in data extraction and manipulation using SQL. Familiarity with Databricks ecosystem and associated languages (Scala, Spark, Python, or R) is a plus. Background in credit, risk, policies, or financing products, preferably with experience in Credit Cards at banks, fintechs, or acquirers. Strong ability to connect operational and risk metrics with direct financial impact.
