Cost Manager/ Ingeniero Especialista en Costos

Prepare conceptual, preliminary, and definitive cost estimates. Develop cost plans and project budgets. Analyze design documentation and perform take-offs. Support bidding processes and contractor proposal evaluations. Control costs during construction and manage change orders.

Civil Engineer, Architect, Industrial Engineer, or similar. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in cost positions. Experience in construction project costing and cost estimation. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
