Core Responsibilities

The Account Manager - Growth will own a defined book of package customers, being fully responsible for renewals and expansion targets, including leading pricing normalization efforts and proactive renewal cycles. This role involves serving as the commercial owner for all account changes and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to execute customer-facing initiatives.

Requirements

Candidates need 2-5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Renewals, or Sales within B2B SaaS, with direct accountability for net revenue retention and expansion targets. Essential requirements include strong commercial judgment, comfort with difficult pricing/contract negotiations, and the ability to independently drive initiatives from concept to completion.
