Core Responsibilities

The role involves leading the analysis of rider satisfaction metrics like NPS and CSAT to identify pain points, and monitoring and optimizing the rider lifecycle from initial orders to long-term loyalty patterns. Responsibilities also include measuring communication campaign impact, identifying churn patterns, designing data dashboards in Looker Studio, and modeling loyalty program projections.

Requirements

Candidates must have a degree in Engineering, Economics, Administration, or a related field, with at least two years of experience in Data, BI, or Marketing Analytics, preferably analyzing user feedback. Advanced SQL proficiency is mandatory, alongside solid experience with Looker Studio and handling Python or R for statistical analysis.
