What You'll Do
Implement quality improvements in operational processes to achieve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System. Verify compliance with process controls and ensure the quality of results. Identify and address quality risks, deviations in processes, and manage failures and customer complaints applying established quality management tools.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or similar. 3+ years of experience in mineral laboratories or sampling, with 2+ years as a quality coordinator maintaining laboratory accreditation. Solid statistical knowledge and intermediate English proficiency, both spoken and written. Knowledge of ISO 17025 standards is essential.
