Mining Asset Management Consultant

Execute diagnostic and transformation projects in mining operations, leading interviews, data analysis, RCA workshops, and improvement roadmaps. Act as a technical reference within the project team, guiding analysts and connecting findings with actionable recommendations for the client. Build high-standard deliverables such as reports, executive presentations, and KPI models.

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, mining engineering or related field. 2-5 years of experience in maintenance, reliability, or operations in mining or heavy industry. Proven experience executing or leading improvement initiatives: maturity diagnostics, maintenance process optimization, reliability strategy implementation, or working with CMMS (SAP PM, Maximo, Ellipse or similar). Practical knowledge of methodologies such as RCM, FMEA, root cause analysis, and asset lifecycle management.
