Business and Technical Communiations Analyst - EY GDS

Administers GOCT configuration, communications templates, shared mailboxes, and audience targeting. Monitors GOCT dashboards, triages user queries, and resolves issues. Supports planned maintenance and service disruptions by drafting and releasing operational communications. Coordinates GOCT enhancements and releases by documenting requirements and preparing release communications.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Five to seven years of experience in internal corporate or technology operations communications. Experience with IT service management platforms like ServiceNow or Jira. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and experience managing SharePoint content is preferred.
