Manage recruitment and selection processes from opening to closing, ensuring the right candidates are sourced and evaluated for each vacancy. Advise internal clients on the best coverage alternatives for permanent, temporary, or internship positions. Support internal clients in using the Smart Recruiters platform through training and meetings.

Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection. Basic knowledge of Excel and competency-based interviews.

Home office flexibility with the requirement to attend the office or activities as needed.
