Support the evolution of public payroll credit products by proposing process improvements, customer journey enhancements, and operational efficiency indicators. Conduct data analysis to identify patterns, opportunities, bottlenecks, and deviations in the hiring journey. Monitor performance indicators, conversion rates, profitability, and credit pipeline behavior to generate insights for decision-making.

Experience in product analysis or management, preferably in financial services. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including technology, sales, and operations.
