Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Early Careers

Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Brazil’s early career programs. Build and maintain strategic relationships with universities and manage full-cycle recruitment for early talent roles. Use data to identify trends and prepare reports for leadership on program outcomes.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in university recruiting or talent acquisition. Strong relationship-building skills and experience with applicant tracking systems.

This role is hybrid, requiring the selected candidate to report to a specific location at least three times a week. The position is not eligible for relocation benefits.
