This role serves as the organizational glue, responsible for turning ideas into reality, executing the business plan, and ensuring effective communication across the leadership team. The individual will drive accountability by establishing operating rhythms, removing friction, and ensuring EOS principles are followed, including meeting Scorecards and Rocks.
