Key functions include executing payroll processes, registering personnel movements, validating calculations (including taxes and benefits), and managing legal documentation with entities like IGSS and SAT.
Requirements
Candidates must be a Certified Public Accountant or a student in Psychology, Administration, or a related field, possessing at least 2 years of experience in payroll or a financial area at a junior level. Essential knowledge includes payroll calculation, IGSS, and labor certificates, along with intermediate proficiency in the Office Suite, particularly Excel.
