Core Responsibilities

The main objective is to manage the review, execution, tracking, control, and analysis of payroll for UVG, its campuses, professional services, and temporary collaborators to ensure timely and correct payment according to established policies. Key functions include executing payroll processes, registering personnel movements, validating calculations (including taxes and benefits), and managing legal documentation with entities like IGSS and SAT.

Requirements

Candidates must be a Certified Public Accountant or a student in Psychology, Administration, or a related field, possessing at least 2 years of experience in payroll or a financial area at a junior level. Essential knowledge includes payroll calculation, IGSS, and labor certificates, along with intermediate proficiency in the Office Suite, particularly Excel.
