Core Responsibilities
Shape and own the overall QA strategy, test plans, and release criteria across complex enterprise initiatives. Lead quality validation for multi-stream platforms powered by enterprise CMS platforms, ensuring feature fidelity and overall system performance. Maintain a hands-on approach by validating complex user flows while leveraging modern test automation tools. Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Design teams during sprint planning to ensure clear acceptance criteria and seamless release validation.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with proven experience leading QA strategy and team members on enterprise digital engagements. Proven background testing large-scale Enterprise CMS environments, ideally Optimizely or AEM. Hands-on experience with functional automation frameworks and performance tools. Expert understanding of agile methodologies and defect lifecycle management in Jira.
