Lead the Control Tower team, ensuring real-time visibility of our logistics operations. Monitor critical KPIs and activate contingency plans when indicators deviate from expected ranges. Develop analytical routines to identify bottlenecks, forecast risks, and propose structural improvements in operations.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Quality, Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar). Knowledge of SQL or database query logic and agile methodologies or operations management (Lean, Kaizen, PDCA).
