The analyst will support the execution and improvement of operational processes to enhance service delivery and efficiency. They are also responsible for creating management reports and tracking key performance indicators to ensure defined goals are met.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a degree in Administration Engineering, Execution, or a related field with at least 2 years of experience in operations. Proficiency in Excel is required, with knowledge of Power BI and pension regulations (DL3500) considered highly desirable.
