What You'll Do
Lead Addi's Corporate IT function team, ensuring reliable and secure technology for all colleagues. Establish a service-management model with clear intake channels and SLAs, and track performance through a service dashboard. Build a high-performing CorpIT team with defined roles and regular feedback, while managing complex incidents and escalations across various IT domains.
What We're Looking For
7+ years of experience in Corporate IT or IT operations, including 2+ years in a leadership role. Proven expertise in IT service management and troubleshooting hardware, OS, and connectivity issues. Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and experience with cloud-managed corporate infrastructure is a plus.
