Lead the effectiveness of operational management and key indicators by analyzing engagement, performance, and turnover to propose action plans. Ensure the strategic People agenda of the operation by managing processes, policies, and culture in alignment with unit leadership. Manage the experience of employees by acting as a focal point for needs related to facilities, benefits, and payroll.

Experience in Human Resources processes or as a People Business Partner. Bachelor's degree required; a postgraduate degree in management is desirable. Knowledge of data interpretation and analysis to generate managerial insights. Availability to work at the corporate office in Osasco, SP.
