Lead the design and evolution of credit policies and pricing for financial products, starting as an individual contributor and building a robust team of senior specialists. Structure the team's experimentation agenda ensuring decisions are rigorously backed by data and close to data science practices. Identify where AI can improve policies, pricing, or processes, validating and implementing these innovations to scale our financial products.

Solid and proven experience in credit risk, having navigated through roles involving policy, modeling, pricing, or portfolio management. Experience managing specific credit products such as personal loans or working capital. Familiarity with tools like Python, GitHub, Airflow, or Databricks is considered a strong plus.

The Credit team works in a hybrid model, combining remote work flexibility with in-person collaboration at the São Paulo office, one week a month.
