Procurement Analyst, Technology & Operations

Support category strategies and sourcing plans for technology and IT spend across software, hardware, SaaS, and services. Run RFx processes, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations for IT spend. Process purchase orders and keep approvals moving in line with policy. Analyze spend and market trends to find savings and reduce supplier risk.

4+ years in procurement, sourcing, or vendor operations, ideally across both tech category sourcing and tactical operations. Experience running RFx processes, contract negotiations, and vendor evaluations for IT or technology spend. Working knowledge of IT concepts like cloud infrastructure, software licensing, SaaS models, and IT service agreements.
