Patient Care Coordinator – Weekend Triage (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and triage incoming patient messages and voicemails in Klara across Saturday and Sunday.
Send basic script responses to routine patient questions (such as clinic hours, location details, or appointment confirmations).
Tag and route complex or clinical messages to the appropriate office staff for Monday morning follow-up.
Update appointment statuses in ModMed (EMR) for weekend cancellations or adjustments.

POSITION: Patient Care Coordinator – Weekend Triage (Part-Time) (HR83819)
Location: Remote (Global)
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday (4–5 hours per day, evening focus)
Compensation: $300 – $500 USD per month
