Support and manage a specific unit of our distribution partner, ensuring the correct execution of our strategy in the wholesale channel. Manage and achieve defined KPIs for the region, including Perfect Store and sales objectives. Build strong relationships with our distribution partner and key clients, while leading and developing the distributor's team to maximize their potential.
What We're Looking For
2 or more years of experience in the Off Premise channel and/or FMCG industry. Strong leadership, motivation, and teamwork skills. Solid analytical and organizational capabilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
