What You'll Do
You will manage your weekly agenda and priorities autonomously, handling key processes like payroll closure and creating headcount dashboards. Analyze People data to generate insights that drive strategic decisions and improve talent management. Ensure compliance with labor legislation and facilitate 1:1 sessions to address team needs.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering or Administration. Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in dynamic environments. Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
