Analista Senior Relaciones Comunitarias

Lead and represent the company in the field during the implementation of community development projects. Manage relationships with communities, authorities, and local organizations, developing communication strategies and coordinating with key stakeholders. Monitor and report on social management and impact indicators to ensure compliance with organizational objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles involving community relations, local employment program management, and social risk assessment, preferably in the mining sector. Intermediate English is desirable.
