Conduct the end-to-end recruitment cycle for corporate structures in People and Legal. Act as a strategic partner to managers and directors, aligning profiles and providing labor market consultancy. Develop advanced candidate sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent networks. Manage a high volume of simultaneous positions while maintaining a competitive closing SLA and ensuring a quality candidate experience.

Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for various seniority levels in commercial and/or corporate structures. Practical knowledge of ATS tools like Greenhouse and corporate LinkedIn Recruiter. Advanced English proficiency. Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions in recruitment and create dashboards/reports.
