The Customer Success Account Manager acts as the primary delivery leader and trusted advisor for strategic customers, driving value realization across Microsoft’s Digital Cloud platforms from pre-sales through post-sales delivery. This involves building executive relationships, leading strategic planning, ensuring operational health through proactive engagement, and orchestrating resource coordination.

Requirements

Required experience includes a Master's degree with 3+ years or a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in customer success, solution delivery, or related consulting/management fields, or equivalent experience. Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish languages is mandatory for this role.
