Key functions include executing payroll processes, registering personnel movements, validating calculations, and providing support for audits and employee inquiries regarding salaries.

Requirements

Candidates must be a Certified Public Accountant or a student in Psychology, Administration, or a related field, possessing at least 2 years of experience in payroll or a financial area at a junior level. Essential knowledge includes payroll calculation, social security (IGSS), labor certificates, and intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
