The main objective is to manage the review, execution, tracking, control, and analysis of payroll for various employee types to ensure timely and correct payments according to established policies. Key functions include executing payroll processes, registering personnel movements, validating calculations, and providing support for audits and employee inquiries regarding salaries.
Requirements
Candidates must be a Certified Public Accountant or a student in Psychology, Administration, or a related field, possessing at least 2 years of experience in payroll or a financial area at a junior level. Essential knowledge includes payroll calculation, social security (IGSS), labor certificates, and intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
