Core Responsibilities

The Corporate Recruiter will lead end-to-end talent acquisition across multiple regions by partnering with business leaders to define profiles and execute full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, negotiation, and onboarding. This role involves utilizing diverse sourcing channels, managing recruitment processes in ATS like Workday, and advising hiring managers on global hiring best practices.

Requirements

Candidates must possess 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience, specifically including global or multi-region hiring, and demonstrate proven success in full lifecycle recruiting and high-volume hiring. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required, along with strong knowledge of ATS systems and excellent cross-cultural influencing skills.
