Commercial Capability Manager

Develop and execute the annual Commercial Capability Development strategy, aligning training initiatives with business priorities. Design and implement training programs that enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Lead the adoption of modern learning methodologies, including hybrid and virtual learning.

Bachelor's degree in Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Administration, Human Resources, or related health fields. Advanced English proficiency is mandatory. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Training or Commercial Excellence.
