Construction Project Manager- Area Lead, GREF – Workplace Design & Construction (WD&C)

Define the Area's construction strategy and delivery standards, ensuring consistent execution across eight countries. Lead a team of Construction Managers for the GREF Area 3 portfolio—overseeing project management services, design services, and external partner performance for complex projects. Own the Area's financial governance—defining cost controls, reporting cadences, and change-management protocols across multiple currencies and regulatory environments.

7+ years of project management, real estate development, architecture/design experience. Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of directly managing and responsible for multiple large projects experience. Speak, write, and read fluently in French and English with respect to complex technical instructions and concepts.

This position requires travel of up to 25% within the assigned region. Outside of required travel, this position is office-based; however, Amazon encourages open communication about unique needs for flexible arrangements.
