Analista de Operación Senior

Supervise and execute operational activities related to rescues, loans, and ongoing management of SSI accounts. Continuously track operational metrics and service level agreement compliance. Collect key data and prepare formal documentation of various procedures. Design detailed workflow diagrams in AS-IS and TO-BE formats.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 2 to 3 years of experience in similar operations, continuous improvement, information analysis, process automation, or digital transformation. Intermediate-advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas. Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Power BI, and RPA is desirable.
