Manage 3-5 executive calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and relationships. Anticipate and proactively address the needs of executives, ensuring their schedules and priorities are effectively managed.
What We're Looking For
4-5 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced professional services environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
