Import/Export Coordinator for Chile Peru and Colombia

Execute and coordinate import and export processes for clinical trial medications, materials, and supplies across the Andean Region. Review regulatory and Ministry of Health approvals and assess their impact on import/export requirements. Track international shipments in transit and coordinate customs clearance and release activities with customs brokers, carriers, and other logistics partners.

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in International Trade, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in international trade, import/export, logistics, or customs operations, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or clinical trials industry. Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and import/export documentation requirements.
