What You'll Do
Provide internal legal consulting to various business areas regarding daily legal and operational questions. Draft, review, and analyze contracts and other legal documents required for operational and commercial routines. Develop technical analyses and legal opinions to support decision-making within internal areas. Identify opportunities for improvement in legal department workflows and assist in implementing LegalTech solutions and document automation.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Law and active OAB registration. Proven experience in Consultative Law and contract management/analysis. Advanced English proficiency is mandatory for document analysis and alignments. Strong verbal and written communication skills, dynamism, problem-solving profile, and deadline organization are essential.
What We Offer
The position requires availability for on-site work four times a week at our headquarters in Alphaville - Barueri/SP.
