Sr Software Engineer Backend

Take end-to-end ownership of complex technical initiatives, from understanding the problem to design, implementation, deployment, and post-production follow-up. Investigate and resolve complex issues using data, logs, metrics, traces, and code analysis to identify root causes. Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and architecture decisions, clearly communicating the involved trade-offs.

Solid experience developing backend services in Golang. Knowledge in Kotlin or Java is valued. Experience working with distributed architectures and microservices. Understanding of relational and non-relational databases, including the trade-offs of each alternative. Strong knowledge of observability tools (logging, metrics, alerts, traces, and monitoring with Grafana or similar).
