Sr Regional Markets Manager

Lead the commercial relationship with major hotel chains in the region. Define and execute the commercial strategy for the lodging portfolio, translating corporate objectives into actionable plans. Negotiate strategic agreements and JBPs with global and regional hotel chains, ensuring revenue targets are met. Manage and develop a team of 6, aligning them with regional strategy and monitoring performance.

Minimum 10 years of experience in hospitality, OTA, DMC, or travel, focusing on commercial relationships with global and regional hotel chains. Proven negotiation skills with high-caliber chains in LATAM/Caribbean. Experience managing significant business portfolios and leading commercial teams, ideally with managers under supervision. Must be based in Cancun or willing to relocate.
