Design and execute plans to mitigate risks and optimize security. Lead and develop the team, promoting autonomy and effective decision-making. Evaluate loss KPIs and trends to identify root causes and implement high-impact mitigation plans. Conduct risk assessments and field visits to identify vulnerabilities in processes and assets.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Criminology, or related fields (equivalent experience valued). Experience managing teams and/or projects in dynamic operational environments. Background in Loss Prevention, risk management, logistics, or operations. Strong analytical skills to convert KPIs into actionable plans.
