Supervise the team in the receiving and shipping processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Plan and monitor operational routines in the Distribution Center, leading teams across multiple shifts. Track performance indicators and provide structured feedback for team development.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Previous experience in leading operational teams in high-volume distribution centers. Practical knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as TPM, Lean Logistics, or Kaizen.
