Direct, implement, and control the compliance with the comprehensive business and service plan of the virtual office. Propose and develop planning for achieving commercial and service objectives. Supervise service quality and compliance with SLAs, budget, and commercial goals. Evaluate management indicators and coordinate the service provided to clients.
What We're Looking For
Completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Preferably an MBA. Experience in commercial management, customer service, banking, portfolio management, and credit analysis.
