Monitor and support the operation of the Command Center on a daily basis, providing automation insights to the team and overseeing the Control-M job scheduling console. Manage alerts from the Command Center operation to ensure transactional availability. Contribute to the functioning of the IT production environment through proactive monitoring of infrastructure and systems. Identify bottlenecks and potential issues while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
Previous experience with Command Center operations and proactive monitoring of infrastructure and systems. Essential knowledge of scheduling tools, especially Control-M. Ability to identify and propose solutions for bottlenecks and potential issues. Capacity to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
