Core Responsibilities

The Live Operations Specialist handles real-time operational emergencies such as driver no-shows and cancellations by executing reassignments and alternative solutions to save transfers at risk. This role also involves managing emergency spend, communicating with customers, coordinating with drivers, and documenting incidents for later review.

Requirements

Candidates need 1–3 years of experience in operations, customer support, or live operations, along with the ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions. Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese are required, alongside a problem-solving mindset and comfort working shifts including evenings and weekends.
