The Associate Technical Account Manager will support primary TAMs in monitoring solution health, configuring Varicent products, and troubleshooting technical issues for VIP clients. They will also analyze data patterns to identify optimization opportunities and assist in coaching users on best-practice methodologies.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in IT consulting or enterprise software implementation with mandatory advanced SQL skills. Experience with relational databases and data manipulation is required, while knowledge of the Sales Performance Management domain is preferred.
