Lead, develop, and monitor the Home Equity commercial team, fostering a high-performance environment. Manage commercial routines, tracking performance indicators, productivity, conversion, and operational quality. Support the team in strategic negotiations and complex discussions throughout the commercial journey. Ensure the correct execution of the commercial strategy and promote best practices to achieve established goals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Commercial Management, Financial Management, or related fields. Solid experience in managing commercial teams, preferably in the financial, banking, fintech, or structured credit markets. Experience in credit operations, financial products, or Home Equity. Strong knowledge of commercial indicators, sales funnels, and performance analysis.
