Treasury Operations Manager Americas

Lead day-to-day delivery of Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office activities, managing performance and developing a team of approximately 12 people. Execute cash, liquidity, funding and risk-management operations, ensuring timely cash centralization. Own the identification and hedging of committed FX exposure across the Americas, and lead month-end Treasury reporting and controlling of cash and FX exposure metrics.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant Treasury experience, including cash/liquidity management and FX risk. Proven experience leading a Treasury Operations team with evidence of people development.
