Core Responsibilities

The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing key accounts within the portfolio, maximizing KPIs for those accounts to increase partner profitability, and meeting Rappi's objectives. This involves identifying, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with the most important clients to ensure their needs are effectively met.

Requirements

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in administration or marketing, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and/or key account management focused on clients. Advanced knowledge in sales, negotiation, data handling, and excellent communication skills are required.
