Sr Site Contract Specialist

Draft, review, negotiate and finalize agreements with study sites. Ensure compliance with negotiation parameters and contractual processes. Identify and assess legal, financial, and operational risks, providing recommendations for resolution. Coordinate with internal departments to align site startup activities with contractual timelines.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 5+ years of relevant experience in contract management. Detailed understanding of contract law and negotiation of investigator grant budgets. Strong communication skills in English and local language.
