HR Manager (IT/Technology)

Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation of new employees. Serve as the primary administrator for company software platforms and business systems. Track key HR metrics including turnover, retention, hiring timelines, and employee satisfaction. Evaluate and implement new technology solutions to improve efficiency, communication, and collaboration.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Operations, Technology Management, or a related role. Strong understanding of HR practices, employment regulations, and employee relations.

Compensation ranges from $1,500 to $2,000 monthly depending on experience. This is a fully remote position with a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT.
